Our Story

Built from conviction.
Governed by principle.

Capital Strategic Wealth wasn't assembled from a template. It was built from firsthand experience with what happens when high-income earners grow faster than their advisory infrastructure — and the conviction that they deserve something better.

Heritage & Founding

Two principals.
One shared belief.

Mustaque and Shamier Choudhury built CSW around a gap they kept witnessing: business owners, executives, and high-income professionals with increasingly complex financial lives receiving the same off-the-shelf brokerage approach they'd outgrown years ago.

Mustaque brings the regulatory infrastructure — EA, MBA, and a complete FINRA credential stack spanning the full securities spectrum. Shamier brings the client relationship and strategic vision, built from years working inside the complexity he now helps others navigate.

Together, they operate as an independent RIA office through Soulence Wealth Management II, LLC — carrying no proprietary products, no hidden incentives, and no obligation to anyone other than their clients.

01
Mission
To deliver coordinated, institutional-grade investment advisory to clients whose complexity has outpaced their current structure.
02
Vision
A world where high-income earners and business owners have access to the same coordinated, fiduciary investment management as the ultra-wealthy.
03
Values
Radical transparency. Fiduciary-first always. Principal-led, every time. Long-game thinking. No commissions, ever.
04
Structure
Independent RIA office through Soulence Wealth Management II, LLC. Legally and operationally separate from all affiliated tax and CFO services.
Investment Philosophy

How we think about
capital.

Every investment decision at CSW is rooted in three convictions: markets reward discipline, complexity demands structure, and clients deserve clarity — not complexity theater.

Precision over prediction
We don't forecast markets. We construct portfolios designed to perform across cycles — with risk bands, sub-models, and tactical overlays calibrated to each client's actual risk profile, not a generic questionnaire output.
Tax consequence matters
An investment decision made without understanding its tax impact is an incomplete decision. We coordinate with tax advisors before we move — not after. The after-tax return is the only return that matters.
Institutional access, personal scale
Private equity, private credit, and alternatives typically reserved for endowments and institutional allocators are available to CSW clients. Our infrastructure through Soulence opens doors that most individual advisors can't reach.
How We Work

From first conversation
to lasting partnership.

01
Discovery
A comprehensive conversation covering your complete financial picture — income sources, existing accounts, tax situation, estate structure, risk tolerance, and what you're actually trying to build. No pitch. No pressure. Just listening.
02
Strategy Design
A personalized investment strategy — tier selection, sub-model alignment, and allocation — built around your specific objectives. Presented clearly before a single dollar moves.
03
Implementation
Execution with precision. Portfolio construction, account structure, and coordination across investment, tax, and estate disciplines. Every move deliberate, every decision documented.
04
Ongoing Partnership
Quarterly reviews. Proactive rebalancing. Direct access to your principal — not an associate, not a call center. As your life evolves, your strategy evolves with it.
